1. About Infinite Scaling

Infinite Scaling is a performance marketing agency specialised in Google Ads for eCommerce and Dropshipping businesses. These Terms of Service govern your use of our proprietary client reporting dashboard ("the Platform") available at infinitescalingads.com.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. How the Service Works

Clients engage Infinite Scaling to manage their Google Ads campaigns. Upon onboarding, the client's Google Ads account is linked to Infinite Scaling's Google Ads Manager Account (MCC). This is the standard model for agencies managing Google Ads on behalf of clients and is approved by Google.

Through this MCC relationship, Infinite Scaling uses the Google Ads API with its own agency credentials to retrieve campaign data and surface it in this Platform. Clients do not need to share passwords or go through an OAuth flow — access is managed entirely through the MCC link approved during onboarding.

The Platform exists to give clients full transparency into their campaign performance. Because Infinite Scaling manages accounts under an MCC, certain native Google Ads interface views may be restricted on the client side. This dashboard is our solution to ensure clients always have clear, real-time visibility into the metrics that matter.

3. Access & Eligibility

Access to the Platform is granted exclusively to active clients of Infinite Scaling. Accounts are created by Infinite Scaling upon onboarding and are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. What the Platform Provides

The Platform provides read-only access to your Google Ads campaign data, including:

• Real-time and historical campaign performance dashboards.
• Metrics including impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, ROAS, and CPC.
• Breakdowns by device, age range, gender, and geography.
• Aggregate views across multiple Google Ads accounts (if applicable).

The Platform is for reporting and transparency purposes only. Campaign management, budget decisions, and optimisations are handled by Infinite Scaling under a separate service agreement.

5. Google Ads API Compliance

Our use of the Google Ads API is governed by the Google Ads API Terms of Service. Campaign data retrieved through the API is used solely to power your reporting dashboard. Infinite Scaling does not use this data for any other commercial purpose. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that your use is also subject to the Google Ads API Terms of Service as a downstream condition of our access.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any deceptive or misleading manner.
• Export, redistribute, resell, or transfer Google Ads data accessed through this Platform to any third party.
• Use data displayed in this Platform for advertising targeting, remarketing, or any purpose not explicitly described in these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of Infinite Scaling. Your Google Ads data remains your property and is used solely to provide the reporting service described herein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.

9. Your Campaign Data

Your Google Ads campaign data remains your property at all times. Infinite Scaling will never share your actual campaign data, spend figures, or performance metrics with any third party. We may use fully anonymised and aggregated industry data (with no connection to any individual client or account) for internal analysis or published insights, but this will never expose your paid search marketing data in any identifiable form.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided for informational and reporting purposes only. Reporting data is sourced directly from the Google Ads API and is subject to the accuracy and availability of that data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Infinite Scaling, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever — including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if Infinite Scaling has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any case, Infinite Scaling's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Infinite Scaling in the three-month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability. The limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.

11. Termination

Access to the Platform is tied to your active service agreement with Infinite Scaling. Upon termination of the service agreement, your Platform account will be deactivated and associated data deleted within 30 days.

12. Business Transfer

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of Infinite Scaling, we will notify affected clients and, where required, notify Google within 21 days of such a change in accordance with the Google Ads API Terms of Service. Your data will remain subject to this Privacy Policy unless you are notified otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
